Michael Berkenstadt

Michael is a senior employee of MIS. He started out as a mechanical engineer and is now the chief operations officer. Michael is a hands-on, all-hands-in type of manager, taking great care of all the necessary details which concern operations. He knows everyone he comes to contact with personally, stopping to get to know them, and leads by setting a personal example. Michael has a way of pushing those around him out of their comfort zone in order to help them advance, and do things in a great way, as opposed to just getting the work done. He is always looking to improve himself, as well as the people and processes around him. One of the great ways he's found for self-improvement, is doing different types of sports on the weekends.
